The role focuses on leading site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects, with responsibility for planning, developing, and managing engineering work from concept through construction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, a BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred), and a PE license in Arkansas or eligibility via comity.

Position Overview

An established and growing engineering design firm is seeking a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to join its Rogers, AR office. This position is ideal for a self-motivated engineer with at least 5 years of experience in site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects.

As a lead engineer, you will plan, develop, and manage engineering projects of varying size and complexity, while collaborating with clients and guiding junior staff. Key Responsibilities
