McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), an ESP Company, seeks a Structural Project Manager to lead design across Arkansas and neighboring states. You will mentor engineers, manage budgets, and ensure code compliance while coordinating with civil teams on turnkey projects.

The role requires a PE license (Arkansas) or near-term licensure, a structural engineering degree, and 5+ years of transferrable experience. Travel is limited; office-based with client collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in structural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
• 5+ years transferrable experience.
• Thorough knowledge of structural codes and standards.
• AutoCAD, REVIT, and 3D modeling software proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication; independent judgment.

Aufgaben

• Plan, manage, and evaluate a wide variety of structural projects across AR, OK and beyond.
• Develop construction documents for structural projects using AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Manage project teams to deliver on time and on budget; support client meetings.
• Review plans for quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor entry and mid-level engineers within the department.
• Develop the project structural budget and coordinate with design staff.
