Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking an Account Executive to lead the client experience for Private Equity-backed clients, guiding due diligence, onboarding, renewals, and exit strategies while coordinating internal resources to deliver impactful solutions.

In this role you will manage diligence reviews, client communications, and coordination with producers, account managers, and specialty teams to ensure a seamless, high‑impact client experience and portfolio growth across PE needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR – High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• Property and Casualty Insurance License

Responsibilities

• Manage a dynamic desk with diligence reviews and client calls requiring immediate attention
• Provide proactive, plug‑and‑play solutions with minimal follow‑up from the diligence team
• Lead a team to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational excellence
• Coordinate resources and maintain timely client communications, including renewal opportunities
