Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional semiconductor product development programs. You will drive scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer commitments while working with engineering to balance performance and manufacturability.

The role requires a strong background in DRAM/memory systems, lifecycle management, and stage-gate/NPI methodologies, with a track record of guiding teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience leading semiconductor product development programs involving DRAM, memory systems, storage, ASIC, SoC, modules, platforms, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor product development lifecycle, including qualification, manufacturing ramp, reliability, and customer engagement processes.
• Experience with stage-gate development methodologies and new product introduction (NPI) execution.
• Proficiency using AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency in day-to-day work.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading global, cross-functional engineering teams across multiple development sites
• Strong problem-solving, communication, participant management, and executive presentation skills
• Extensive experience in semiconductor engineering, systems architecture, product development, or technical program leadership
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment without direct organizational authority

Experience managing sophisticated programs involving multiple engineering fields and business stakeholders

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$193,000.00 - $391,000.00 a year

Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
