Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician – no experience needed – to join our nationwide team. You’ll travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site, performing repairs using our PDR process and building strong customer relationships.

We provide paid training, a path to uncapped earnings ($50,000–$150,000+ initially, with long-term potential), excellent benefits, a company vehicle, gas card, tools allowance, and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
