Job summary

Zeon-Chemicals-L is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead the Predictive Maintenance program for its Pasadena, TX site. You will act as the Mechanical Engineering SME and manage the Mechanical Integrity program across Texas and Mississippi sites.

You will drive asset management through data analysis and KPI reporting. The role requires a strong background in vibration, infrared, ultrasonic analysis, and oil analysis, plus extensive experience with SAP CMMS and field work capable candidates who

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
10+ years in predictive maintenance of rotating equipment with data analysis.
10+ years in evaluating tank, piping and heat exchanger condition per ASME/API/STI.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Willingness to perform hands-on field work.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage PdM program including vibration analysis, infrared, ultrasonic and oil analysis.
Oversee Mechanical Integrity program and ensure 100% site compliance.
Coordinate audits for corporate risk insurance programs at both sites.
Evaluate MI reports and repair plans; maintain long-term asset replacement plans.
Manage PdM/MI databases in SAP CMMS and generate KPI reports.
