Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking an Enterprise PDLC Owner to define the PDLC strategy, governance, and maturity across product, technology, risk, and compliance. You will ensure scalable, audit-ready delivery capabilities and partner with executive stakeholders to meet regulatory expectations.

The role emphasizes lifecycle governance, stage-gate processes, and cross-functional execution to drive enterprise-wide adoption and risk‑aware product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 15 years of experience in project/program management or enterprise transformation.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional, enterprise‑wide initiatives.
• Demonstrated P&L experience at department and project levels.
• Strong communication and analytical skills for governance outcomes.
• Experience presenting to senior/executive stakeholders across multiple functions.
• MS 365 proficiency (PPT, Word, Excel, Project).
• Deep knowledge of PDLC and SDLC frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Owns and governs the PDLC framework and lifecycle standards.
• Establishes governance forums, metrics, and operating rhythms.
• Aligns stakeholders across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
• Leads cross-functional change to drive adoption of PDLC requirements.
• Defines PDLC vision, strategy, and prioritized backlog.
• Manages stage gates, evidence requirements, and exit criteria.
• Translates business needs into PDLC capabilities and roadmaps.
• Partners with Risk, Compliance, and Audit for regulatory readiness.
• Supports risk management and data protection initiatives.
