Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a detail-oriented dispatcher/lead to coordinate service work, parts delivery, and daily office operations. You will support sales and writers, uphold high customer service standards, and help maintain a productive, professional shop environment.

The role requires teamwork, reliable work ethic, and excellent communication to ensure efficient, profitable department operations. A high school diploma and experience in RV/Automotive or Powersports are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in RV/Automotive/Powersports as technician or dispatcher is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced office setting with a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch work from sales and writers in a timely manner and coordinate parts delivery.
• Maintain morale, ensure fair practices, a clean work environment, and organizational efficiency.

• Oversee PDI inspections and service repairs for quality.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch work brought into service by sales personnel and internal writers in a timely manner while coordinating parts delivery.
• Maintain a high morale by provide fair practices, a clean work environment and organized shop. Support staff throughout daily responsibilities and goal achievement.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a leadership work style.
• Works in conjunction with service management to create an efficient and profitable department.
• Oversee quality of all PDI inspections and service repairs.
• Manage and maintain all policy and procedures set in place.

Qualifications

• Prior experience within the RV, Automotive industry, or Powersports industry as a technician or dispatcher is required.
• Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable and strong work ethic . Professional appearance is a must.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
