Insight Global is seeking a remote PDI Analyst to join a client team on a long-term contract basis. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing PDI software platforms and related enterprise applications across fuel, retail, and data exchange domains.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, optimize business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system reliability and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting PDI Enterprise software
• Experience with SIMPS scheduling or equivalent enterprise tools
• Working knowledge of EDI standards, transactions, and integration processes
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise application and interface issues
• Understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PDI Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 month contract + potential for extensions

Pay Range: $55/hr-$65/hr (potential flexibility depending on experience)

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a remote PDI Analyst to join their team. This individual is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing PDI software platforms and related retail, fuel, and enterprise applications. This role serves as a key technical resource for business stakeholders, ensuring reliable system performance, data integrity, integration effectiveness, and operational continuity across PDI and associated platforms. The analyst works closely with business users, vendors, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, implement system enhancements, support integrations, and optimize business processes related to fuel management, retail operations, inventory management, pricing, accounting, and enterprise data exchanges.
