Job summary

CFA Institute seeks an Associate Manager, PDF Production & Delivery to own and optimise the day-to-day health of automated PDF production workflows. You will support Content Production and Editorial teams, resolving complex issues and improving automated processes for learning content across programs.

You will apply accessibility best practices, work across print and digital PDF production, and mentor colleagues while documenting workflows and ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in PDF production and publishing workflows.
• Experience with XML-based, automated or structured-content publishing systems.
• Familiarity with Typefi and print/export settings for PDFs.
• Experience applying accessibility requirements to digital PDFs.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise day-to-day health of automated PDF workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex PDF production and mentoring colleagues.
• Improve accessibility tagging and presentation in automated workflows.
• Collaborate across Content Production, Editorial and Technology teams.
