Job summary

This senior role supervises yield optimization, new product launches, production support, and continuous improvement across the fabrication process, driving data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with design and test teams for design verification and silicon debug, partner with business units to scale products, and push for cost reduction

Qualifications

• Leader of PDE engineers and technicians with focus on manufacturing yield.
• Experience directing optimization and troubleshooting in semiconductor fabrication.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Yield optimization: analyze production yield issues and implement corrective actions.
• New product launch: qualify and release new products to production.
• Production support: address daily challenges and troubleshoot processes.
• Continuous improvement: lead productivity, cost reduction and quality initiatives.

• Design collaboration: work with design teams on verification and silicon debug.
