Job summary

FITS is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the development and lifecycle management of medical devices and therapies. You will manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and business objectives are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration and at least five years in the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English and

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the development and lifecycle management of products, processes, and therapies.
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and business objectives are met.
• Oversee operational project activities and liaise between project teams, management, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement effective resolutions to support productivity and client satisfaction.
• Gather, plan, and manage project requirements to align with stakeholder and business needs.
• Prepare project schedules, status reports, and performance updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure successful project outcomes and business solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business Administrationand a minimum offive (5) years of exposure within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Bilingual: (Spanish and English)

• Experience in:
  • Project Planning & Scheduling (WBS, critical path, milestones, dependencies)
  • Risk & Issue Management (risk registers, mitigation plans, escalation)
  • Cost & Scope Control (budget tracking, change control, earned value basics)
  • Agile/Hybrid Methodologies, Data & Reporting Tools, & Resource Optimization
