Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a driven PD Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development and lifecycle management of innovative products and therapies. You will oversee operational aspects from initiation through delivery, acting as the link between project teams, line management, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include launching products globally, managing end-of-life programs, and ensuring projects meet quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other scientific discipline with 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or sciences with 3+ years of technical program management experience.
• PMP certification is a nice to have.
• Experience in product development of drug delivery devices is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and matrix leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams for new product development and lifecycle management.
• Oversee operational aspects of initiatives from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with marketing, regulatory, technical communications, and operations for global launches.
• Manage requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and escalation handling.
• Monitor project status, budgets, and schedules; prepare status reports.
• Ensure products meet quality and performance targets through development milestones.
