Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a driven PD Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development and lifecycle management of innovative medical devices and therapies. You will oversee operational aspects from initiation through delivery, acting as the link between project teams, line management, and stakeholders to ensure quality and performance.

You will gather requirements, drive engagement, and develop solutions that meet high standards while aligning with regulatory and market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related scientific field with 5+ years in technical program management.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years in technical program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams for new product development and lifecycle management.
• Oversee operational aspects of NPD initiatives from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Regulatory, Technical Communications, and Operations for product launches.
• Review project status, budgets, schedules, and reports to stakeholders.
• Drive requirements planning, elicitation, and management to meet stakeholder needs.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement to align end products with business goals.
• Monitor and resolve project issues to maintain productivity and quality.
