MiniMed is seeking a PD Program Manager for the New Ventures group to lead cross-functional programs advancing next-generation diabetes systems and solutions. You will own program plans, drive scope, risks, schedule and budget, and collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, clinical regulatory affairs, quality, and other functions to deliver patient-focused innovations.

This role requires strong leadership in a matrix environment and a track record of delivering complex programs in

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years or advanced degree with 3+ years in program management
• Program management experience in the medical device domain
• Mastery and proficiency in product development and new product introduction, including cross-functional teams and functional management
• Mastery with MS Project and other Project Management tools

Responsabilidades

• Plan and lead New Product Introduction and Sustaining programs from conception through commercialization
• Program Planning: charters, plans, resources, risks, schedule and interdependence
• Lead the program team, coach members, manage risks and resolve conflicts
• Provide regular updates to executives on priorities, budget, and resources with impact to customers and stakeholders
