Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a PD Program Manager for its New Ventures group to lead cross-functional programs advancing new diabetes systems and solutions. The role involves defining program scope, risks, resources, and schedules, and driving execution with engineering, operations, clinical, regulatory, and quality teams.

The candidate will own program performance, engage senior leadership, and mentor team members, while aligning with strategic goals and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Program management experience in the medical device domain.
• Mastery of product development and new product introduction, including cross-functional teams.
• Mastery of MS Project and other PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead New Product Introduction and Sustaining programs from conception through commercialization.
• Program charters, plans, resources, risks, schedule, interdependencies.
