Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Product Development to lead cost reduction initiatives across next-generation product platforms. You will partner with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to optimize cost without compromising quality or compliance.

Ideal candidates bring strong program management, hands-on VA/VE experience, cost modeling, and a track record of delivering cost savings in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related technical field.
• PM experience with cross-functional teams and regulated environments.
• Experience leading VA/VE initiatives and cost optimization.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional cost reduction programs for next-gen product platforms.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones and roadmaps.
• Coordinate activities across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and Finance.
• Drive value engineering workshops and design-for-cost initiatives.
• Develop should-cost models and investment business cases.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
