Shift: Day | Status: Per Diem | Pay Range: $73.15 per hour

Scheduling

• Per Diem (hourly)

Essential Functions

• Available during the regular school hours at the assigned site and for required meetings within the parameters of the scheduled work day
• Utilize educational model of service in developing and maintaining a student’s therapy program
• Demonstrate good and timely communication with education staff, School Services, parents, student and others
• Participate in IEP and other school meetings when appropriate (in-person, by phone, or via virtual platform)
• Collaborate to formulate a transdisciplinary plan for the student’s educational program
• Provide instruction, training, supervision and monitoring of school personnel in the therapeutic plan or modality
• Carry out assessment, reassessment and evaluation procedures per district and School Services requirements and timelines
• Plan, develop and implement goal-oriented, educationally relevant therapeutic interventions
• Complete documentation, databases, schedules and billing logs per policy
• Maintain and account for therapy inventory and equipment
• Complete mandatory education requirements within stated timeframes
• May supervise clinical fieldwork students with Fieldwork Coordinator
• Support Children’s Specialized Hospital’s School Services goals in accordance with organizational policies
