Job summary

Stantec seeks a Project Manager, PD&E to guide planning and development of transportation infrastructure across Florida, including major arterials and transit corridors. You will supervise a team, assign tasks, and ensure schedules and quality. Florida locations include Orlando, Lake Mary, Coral Gables, and Jacksonville.

You will drive client engagement, proposals, and strategic planning to expand our transportation practice, delivering safe, sustainable solutions for communities we serve.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in civil engineering highway/roadway transportation projects.
• Experience managing PD&E studies, corridor studies, and design.
• Proven ability to lead client engagement and proposals.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and design requirements; Florida PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams on transportation planning and PD&E work.
• Coordinate pursuits, proposals, and client development activities.
• Oversee concept studies, reports, and technical deliverables.
• Build strong client relationships and drive contract opportunities.
• Plan, organize, and supervise multiple transportation projects.
