TotalMed RN in Somerset, KY seeks a travel nurse RN for Med Surg with a 13-week assignment. Shifts are 12 hours, days, 36 hours per week, with travel compensation and tax-free stipends to be determined. ACLS/BLS required; 1.5+ years of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Travel nurse assignment of 13 weeks with 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and monitor cardiac patients.
• Stabilize and assist with IV starts and catheter care.
• Administer and document medications, report adverse reactions.
• Monitor patient status with telemetry and respond to changes.
