Job summary

Banner Health's Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 6th Floor PCU/Telemetry unit. The role requires patients with telemetry, multisystem care, and a fast-paced environment, with training provided for those from acute care backgrounds.

The position is a full-time day shift (3 twelve-hour shifts/week) with weekend/holiday rotation and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. New grads welcome to apply via RN New Grad postings.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Coordinate and supervise activities of health care team.
• Provide care based on physician orders and nursing plan of care.
• Communicate patient status to caregivers and family.
