Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana. You will provide specialized nursing care on an advanced medical/surgical/stepdown unit, with emphasis on nurse-to-patient ratios and teamwork.

Ideal candidates hold ADN or BSN, Montana RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certs (or within 6 months). Responsibilities include post-PCI care, hemodynamic monitoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN licensure or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• CORE certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (or within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to stable/unstable patients on PCU/stepdown.
• Manage diverse patient population including post-procedure care.
• Monitor and respond to changing clinical conditions with telemetry tools.
• Operate arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, and ventilatory support.
• Coordinate care from admission to discharge with multidisciplinary teams.
• Act as floor clinical leader and precept staff.
