Job summary

Banner Staffing Services-AZ is seeking an RN for Progressive Care units in the Mesa area. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients, coordinating with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include current RN license in the state, BLS; ACLS is preferred, and at least 12 months PCU experience within the last 18 months. Self-scheduling a minimum of 2 shifts per month is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred.
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience: 12 months in last 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care.
• Coordinate with health care team to ensure quality care.
• Document care accurately in patient records.
• Self-schedule a minimum of 2 shifts per month; participate in unit operations.
