Logan Health in Kalispell, MT is seeking a registered nurse for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You will assess patients, develop care plans, and provide high-acuity nursing care in a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio, including post-operative cardiac care and respiratory support.

The role requires Montana RN license or multi-state compact, BSN preferred, BLS/NIHSS, and a minimum of two years' experience. Night, 12-hour shifts, full-time; Logan Health offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Montana RN license or multi-state compact license to practice in Montana.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar RN role.
• BLS required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care.

Responsabilités

• Provide goal-directed, individualized nursing care using nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health needs and care plans.
• Respond quickly to changing patient conditions in high-acuity PCU with 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Transcribe and implement provider orders accurately; document encounters.
• Maintain infection control standards and safety practices.
