Job summary

Role includes orientation on an existing PCU before transitioning to the home unit, with day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM), 36 hours per week, and a supportive team in a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree and professional nursing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care.
• Formulate and revise care plans with the health team.
• Provide direct patient care and coordination of the nursing team.
