Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license may be acceptable per policy.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional related education/experience may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on physician orders and the nursing plan of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and revise the plan of care.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses accurately in the medical record.
