Job summary

TriStar Health’s Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN role delivers high-acuity, evidence-based care to clinically complex patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will monitor cardiac rhythms, trends, administer medications, and respond quickly to changes in condition, within a patient-first, safety-focused culture.

You’ll collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of Tennessee or applicable state
• PCU/telemetry experience preferred
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital trends in a high-acuity PCU setting
• Administer medications and therapies per order
• Respond quickly to changes in condition and collaborate with physicians
• Educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care
