Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse on the PCU to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to acutely ill adults requiring close monitoring.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, interpret cardiac telemetry data, manage complex medication regimens, and coordinate individualized care plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe transitions of care, educate patients and families, and advocate for patient needs in a mission-driven, community-centered setting.
