Qualifications

• Oregon RN License required.
• AHA BLS certification within 30 days.
• ACLS certification within 6 months.
• One year RN experience or current RN with CHI Mercy Health.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Observe, collect, and record patient data; formulate nursing diagnoses and measure progress.
• Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the team.
• Administer medications with precision for patient safety.
• Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.
