Medical City Fort Worth is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN to provide intermediate care for acutely ill patients, bridging ICU and medical-surgical units with close monitoring and coordinated multidisciplinary care.

The RN will apply the Nursing Process in line with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies, demonstrate leadership, maintain certifications, and delegate patient care priorities to bedside staff while ensuring safe, high-quality care.

Qualificações

• RN license and ongoing nursing education are expected.
• Strong critical thinking and leadership capabilities are required.

Responsabilidades
