Job summary

Tuality Healthcare's Hillsboro Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The 15-bed unit provides patient-centered care with a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio and broad clinical exposure, inviting collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Relocation assistance up to $15,000 is available; pay range is $49.34 to $74.08 per hour. ADN, Oregon RN license, BLS, ACLS within 3 months, and acute care experience are required.

Qualifications

• ADN required for licensure as an RN in Oregon.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS.
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Experience in acute care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Participates with interdisciplinary team using effective communication and conflict management.
• Follows a systematic nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation.
• Adapts care to changes in patient status and communicates needs clearly.
