AdventHealth in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a night-weekend shift. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and revise care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families to promote understanding and adherence to treatments.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document care activities, and uphold infection control and safety standards while contributing to ongoing performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensed in Florida.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care.
• Document care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Respond to code situations and ensure safety protocols.
