Job summary

Responsibilities
- Assess patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; administer meds per orders.
- Coordinate with medical staff and document care in the medical record.
- Ensure infection control, safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Provide emotional support and supervise the healthcare team.
