First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses for per diem hospital shifts in Hampton Roads, Virginia. You can choose from 7a-7p or 7p-7a shifts, giving you control over your schedule and the flexibility to work when it suits you.

Enjoy competitive per diem pay, daily/weekly pay options, and the ability to pick up shifts with no rigid weekly commitment. Active Virginia RN license and 2+ years of PCU experience are required.

Formación

• Active Virginia RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of PCU nursing experience within the last 4 years.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Current AHA ACLS certification.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within the past 12 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption.
• Additional facility credentials may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality patient care in acute-care hospital settings.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions and document findings.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient status; respond to changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams; maintain EMR accuracy.
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans.
