AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an RN Infusion role within the Clinical Ladder framework. You will administer infusion therapies, perform venous access, and develop individualized care plans while mentoring staff and leading quality improvement initiatives.

Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases through the Clinical Ladder program. The role requires RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and relevant acute care experience; campus-based with day shift and full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Lead unit staff in delivering patient care

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensure patient safety
• Administer and monitor IV therapies and adjust care plans
• Assess patient conditions to select appropriate venous access
• Develop individualized care plans for venous access patients
• Educate patients on venous access and infusion therapy
• Monitor and coach nursing staff for quality care
• Lead training and professional development of staff
• Resolve conflicts to maintain a positive team environment
• Lead quality improvement by analyzing data and implementing changes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies
