Qualifications

• BSN or higher within three years of assuming Charge RN
• RN licensure in state
• 1 year nursing experience
• ACLS certification

• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process in Perioperative, PACU or OR settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
• Precept and mentor new staff and students in a fast-paced clinical environment
