The role emphasizes patient‑centered care and collaboration with medical providers to guide pre‑operative and post‑operative nursing.

You will assess patients, document care, administer medications, and maintain current knowledge of cardiac and medical‑surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of start date.
• RN license and traditional nursing degree (RN Diploma, BSN, or ASN) required.
• RN licensure in good standing with the state board.
• Higher education degree options accepted (Diploma, BSN, or ADN).

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes.
• Perform procedures as ordered by medical providers.
• Document care in patient records promptly and thoroughly.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Maintain knowledge of cardiac and medical-surgical care and equipment.
