Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is seeking a Clinical Technician for a 24-bed PCU, where you will support RN staff with basic patient care and monitoring as part of a dedicated care team. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required upon or within the new hire period.
• Proficiency in applied mathematics and reading comprehension at an 8th grade level.
• One year of recent, full-time patient care experience OR nursing student with clinical rotations OR military medical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision, including vitals, personal care, and basic procedures.
• Report abnormal findings to an RN and document changes.
• Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
