Job summary

Paycom is seeking a PCT/Imaging Technologist to deliver direct patient care within a radiology clinic setting in Hinesville, GA. The role includes operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and supporting multi-age patient populations from pediatric to geriatric.

The position reports to the Director of Medical Practices and requires BLS, and completion of a radiology program. Emphasis on clinical competency and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

This position is for a PCT/Imaging Technologist whose responsibility is to provide direct patient care related to radiology services and general medical care in a clinic setting.Provides safe and efficient medical care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations.The position reports to the Director of Medical Practices.

Qualifications: JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum level of Education: Education level equivalent to completion of a two-year radiology technology program.Completion of an approved medical assistant program preferred or training in a physician’s office.
• Formal Training:Preferred to be able to operate the following imaging services machines proficiently within three months of employment: DR and CR Rad rooms, Portable X-ray Machines, C-Arm, R&F room and PACS system.Clinical competence in medical assisting required.
• Licensure, Certifications & Registration:American Registered Radiologic Technologist status. Current BLS Certification required.
• Work Experience: Radiology and medical clinical competency preferred.
