Endeavor Health's Naperville location is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit on the night shift. The role supports RNs by performing patient care tasks and ensuring patient comfort and safety in a fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate has CPR certification, nursing assistant training or equivalent experience, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Benefits include premium pay for nights, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPR certification current by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Completion of an accredited nursing assistant program or minimum six months of patient care experience or nursing clinical rotation
• Completion of Care Companion Course within six months if required by department
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care tasks under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Assist with activities of daily living to ensure patient comfort and safety
