Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking an experienced technician for the PCS Department in Taylor. The role centers on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving UV wafer manufacturing equipment and processes, while complying with EHS protocols.

You will work with Engineers, Production, and Quality to perform preventative maintenance, root-cause analysis, and change management. Strong collaboration and hands-on skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Technical mindset with problem-solving skills required.
• Experience working with engineers, production and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute PM & CPM routines per SOPs.
• Identify and implement improvements to shorten MTBF and increase uptime.
• Conduct failure analysis and document findings in system logs.
