Qualifications

• Hands-on technical work experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments.
• Ability to analyze problems and apply practical solutions.
• Experience working with engineers, production, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance per SOPs.
• Identify improvement projects to shorten MTBF and increase uptime.
• Conduct failure analysis and document findings in maintenance and quality systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and propose inline adjustments.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations on maintenance scheduling.
