L&T Technology Services is seeking a technically strong PCMS Consultant / Asset Integrity Engineer in Houston to support Run & Maintenance operations. You will focus on static equipment, PSV, piping, pipelines, and corrosion management with RBI strategy development and data governance.

You will collaborate with inspection teams, reliability engineers, and IT to ensure data accuracy, asset reliability, and regulatory compliance, delivering actionable insights and robust maintenance practices.

Qualificações

• Expert in PCMS for Asset Integrity and Mechanical Integrity Management.
• Strong experience with Static Equipment, PSV, piping and pipeline integrity.
• Proficient in corrosion monitoring, damage mechanism tracking and data management.
• Hands-on RBI planning and execution (API 580/581).
• Experience with corrosion rate analysis and remaining life calculations.
• Knowledge of OSHA PSM and API/ASME standards.
• PCMS-CMMS integration (SAP PM / Maximo).
• Ability to generate condition monitoring dashboards and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain PCMS master data for Static Equipment, PSV, piping and pipelines.
• Manage inspection data workflows in PCMS with validation and QA checks.
• Develop and implement RBI programs for pressure vessels and piping.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for inspection planning and execution.
• Perform thickness monitoring and remaining life assessments using PCMS.
• Track damage mechanisms and corrosion circuits for assets.
• Generate inspection schedules aligned with mechanical integrity requirements.
• Conduct fitness-for-service evaluations and track repairs in PCMS.
• Support PSV inspection, testing and certification tracking in PCMS.
• Enable integration with CMMS systems for maintenance execution.
• Develop dashboards and reports for asset condition and KPIs.
