Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Indio, California. The PCC will warmly greet patients, introduce them to the office, coordinate treatment services, and develop lasting relationships through excellent customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities include scheduling, discussing treatment options and costs, insurance coverage, and payment plans, while ensuring privacy and safety regulations are followed. Travel is required for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in customer service, sales, receptionist, or equivalent, preferably in healthcare/dental.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
