Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly first impression for our patients, greet them, explain treatments, and coordinate scheduling and billing options.

You will work closely with dental staff to manage appointments, maintain patient records, and ensure a welcoming, compliant patient experience across the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in customer service or sales, preferably healthcare.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon/Dentrix) preferred.
• Excellent communication with patients, staff and third parties.
• Attention to detail in patient records and financial processes.
