Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to welcome patients, coordinate treatment services, and build lasting relationships.

The PCC will greet patients warmly, introduce them to the office, and act as the primary liaison to ensure a smooth visit. Candidates should have strong communication, customer service, and sales skills, with at least a high school diploma and healthcare or dental office experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in customer service, sales, receptionist, or equivalent, preferably in healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
