The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and compliance with health and privacy regulations, supporting patients and staff across the practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in a customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
