Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in San Diego to be the main welcome and liaison for patients. You will greet patients, introduce them to our practice, coordinate treatments, and help patients understand costs, insurance, and payment options.

The role requires outstanding communication, a passion for service, and a sales mindset to build lasting patient relationships while ensuring compliance with health and privacy regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in customer service, sales or receptionist roles, preferably in healthcare or dental.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon/Dentrix) preferred.
• Excellent communication with patients, staff and stakeholders.
