Job summary

Sonrava is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our dental team in California. The PCC will greet patients warmly, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting relationships through outstanding customer service.

You will manage appointment scheduling, discuss treatment plans and costs, verify insurance, and maintain accurate patient records while ensuring privacy and safety compliance. Bilingual Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Prior customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments in coordination with patients and dental staff
• Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments, cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options
• Contact patients to follow up on visits and to build lasting patient relationsships
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions
