Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Redmond, WA is seeking an SMT Rework Technician to support PCBA rework and harness repairs for our Starlink production flow. You will work with the engineering team on developing PCBA, harness, and test rack systems.

Responsibilities include soldering/desoldering SMT and through-hole parts, reading drawings and controlled documents, assembling PCB assemblies into chassis, and ensuring on-time delivery with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of mechanical, electrical, and/or PCBA experience.

Responsibilities

• Solder and de-solder through hole and SMT components.
• Support conformal coat, masking, epoxy application and coating.
• Mechanical/electrical assembly of PCB assemblies into product chassis.
• Read, interpret and work from drawings as well as from controlled documentation and processes.
• Self-monitor work progress against area benchmarks and achieve on time delivery of all work.
• Excellent concentration and attention to detail with outstanding work efficiency and accuracy.
